Can we collect directly from your showrooms?
Yes, you can arrange to collect from 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We also are open during lunch hours. If possible please phone in advance of your collection so that we can have your order ready for you.
Do you deliver equipment and how much does it cost?
Yes we can deliver and collect from your address. The charge for this service depends on the length of journey; please ask for exact prices from our office.
How long does the hire period last?
Our standard price covers 24 hours (or a weekend). We would be delighted to quote for longer periods.
At what stage do we have to pay for the hire and what methods of payment are there?
Payment is due before the hire commences and payment can be by credit card, cheque or cash.
After the event do we have to wash everything?
Cutlery and crockery should be returned to us rinsed, in their boxes. A dirty charge will be incurred if such items are unwashed. Put all glassware in boxes empty.
Do your tables and chairs fold for transport?
Yes, all tables have folding legs and chairs can be stacked. We also have a range of folding chairs for ease of transport.
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes all orders are required to pay a deposit against breakages. This will be returned to you (less any broken or missing items) within two weeks.
